Shipping Policy for products purchased on ZoneOffer:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will only apply to any order you place on Site and made payment to "JPH Innovation ApS".

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within denmark on orders over DKK 499.00.

Shipping Fees

For orders under DKK 499.00 a flat rate of DKK 29.00 is applied on all orders.
If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Notice for shipments to the United Kingdom :
We offer international shipping to UK at flat rate of £20. Your order is being shipped from Denmark and is not inclusive of import VAT or brokerage fees. Upon arrival in the UK, your package will be subject to a 20% import VAT, which will be collected by the courier before final delivery. The courier may also charge an additional handling or brokerage fee. You will be contacted by the courier to pay these fees directly. Any delays caused by the non-payment of these fees are beyond our control. The total amount due will be based on the declared value of your item plus the shipping cost.
Notice for shipments to the United States:
We offer international shipping to US at flat rate of $40. Your order is being shipped from Denmark and is not inclusive of any import fees or taxes. Under recent regulatory changes, all commercial imports into the US are subject to customs scrutiny and fees. You will be responsible for a Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF), which is charged by US Customs and Border Protection. Our shipping courier will contact you to collect any applicable fees before your package can be released for delivery. The courier may also charge a separate handling or brokerage fee for their customs services.
Notice for shipments to Canada:
We offer international shipping to Canada at flat rate of CAD$60. Your order is being shipped from Denmark and is not inclusive of Canadian taxes or import fees. Upon arrival, your package will be subject to federal GST (and possibly PST/HST, depending on your province) if the total value exceeds the de minimis threshold of CAD$20. The courier will contact you directly to collect these fees plus a separate brokerage fee to cover customs processing. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying these fees to receive your package.
