ZoneOffer respects the privacy of our customers and users and are therefore committed to protect your privacy while using our services.
The ZoneOffer concept
The mission of ZoneOffer is to deliver the best offers and discounts relevant to the individual user. This is done by providing information about goods and prices from various stores. No transaction of purchasing goods can be done through ZoneOffer.
Liability and limitation of liability
ZoneOffer (JPH Innovation ApS) assumes no responsibility for errors and omissions in the offers, stores or events displayed in the ZoneOffer app. ZoneOffer (JPH Innovation ApS) cannot be held responsible for any missed discounts or losses that may arise as a result of the use of ZoneOffers’ services.
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property rights to ZoneOffer and its services are the property of JPH Innovation ApS. You may not reproduce, copy, display, transfer, publish or otherwise use these intellectual property rights without the permission of ZoneOffer (JPH Innovation ApS).
Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to this policy – and/or the use of the ZoneOffer services – is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute is to be brought before the ordinary courts of Denmark, with the City Court of Copenhagen as the venue.
