Which Kind of Information Do We Collect
ZoneOffer collects as little information as possible while still ensuring you a great experience in finding the best offers available to you.

Personal Data:

- We may ask you for your mobile phone number so that your friends can easily find you. This is not mandatory.
- When you use our services, we automatically collect personal information, about the services you use and how you use them. We need this information to comply with legal obligations and to enable us to improve the user experience of ZoneOffer.
- When you use or interact with our services, we may collect information about your location as determined through data such as your IP address or mobile device’s GPS to offer you an improved user experience.

- If you decline to allow location data collection in the app, we will not collect this information.
More General Information:
- We may collect more general information about your use of our services such as your device type, carrier provider, browser type, operating system, as well as transactional data about the activities you undertake and how you interact with the services.
- When you connect with us through social media, we may collect account or profile information.
- When you register to use our Services we may collect the following information about you:
If you register using your Facebook account: we collect profile picture, first name and last name as appeared on your Facebook account and Facebook IDs. In the event you have provided permission to Facebook through their in-app privacy option (which appears just before you register on our Platform), we may collect your gender, age or email id & list of friends that also use your app depending on the permissions granted by you. ; and If you register using your mobile number we collect your mobile number.
How Do We Use Your Personal Data
We use the data we collect to operate our business, improve our existing services, to develop new services and to improve and personalize our users’ experience when interacting with us.
We will use your data for the following purposes:
- Operate our business and run our services.
- We use your data to create and manage your personal account at ZoneOffer.
- Personalize your experiences on our services, and to better understand our users and customers through customer insights.
- We use your data to conduct analyses in order to provide you with relevant functionality. This includes showing you a map or list view of nearby stores and suggesting the most relevant stores for you.
- We use your data to provide you with information on the products and services that we think are most relevant to you. Given you have provided your consent, we may send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising and other information that may be of interest to you based on your preferences and social media advertising through social media platforms.
How Long is Your Personal Data Stored
ZoneOffer will retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an account or as needed to provide you with our services.
We will also retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Who has Access to Your Personal Data
Your data will only be used by ZoneOffer. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties. Data that is forwarded to third parties is only used to provide you with the services mentioned above, for example special offers.
ZoneOffer may disclose your information, including personal information, to courts, law enforcement or governmental authorities, or authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required or permitted to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary.
ZoneOffer Facebook Login — Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
With ZoneOffer you have the options to login with your facebook profile, but we do Not save any of your personal facebook data in our server.
If you want to delete your activities for ZoneOffer Login App, you can remove your information by following these steps:
Android Mobile App Privacy
android.permission.CAMERA,
App requires all camera or gallery features to upload & save your pictures.
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
Allows App the read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
Allows an app to read the user’s contacts data. Used to invite people/share app.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to this policy – and/or the use of the ZoneOffer services – is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute is to be brought before the ordinary courts of Denmark, with the City Court of Copenhagen as the venue.
